Happy Friday! šŸ

Our Changelog is pretty light this week as get ready for Techstars Demo Day next week. Hereā€™s what we shipped this week.

Manual submission of sample data

When you sign up on Touca, we create a ā€œtutorialā€ team and populate it with sample test results to make it easy for you to get a sneak peek of our product without having to use Touca CLI or our various SDKs. Most users delete the Tutorial team after a while and create their own teams. But when they invite team members, sometimes they wish they had those sample test results around to walk their colleagues through Touca.

This week, we made a small change that lets you submit sample test results to empty teams.

Other fixes and improvements

  • Python SDK: Preserve order of insertion when capturing arrays one element at a time
  • JavaScript SDK: Capture whole numbers as Integers
  • JavaScript SDK: Switch examples away from lerna build system
  • Server: Remove artifacts when message is removed
  • Server: Improve binary schema for blobs
